SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Accountant:
At least 3 years of work experience in the same field
Responsible for processing property-related invoices, budgets, and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare other financial reports as required.
Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability.
Facilities Manager:
At least 3 years of work experience in the same field
Oversee commercial and industrial properties and ensure they are well-maintained.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the properties meet safety standards.
Manage and organize regular service contracts for maintenance, repair, and cleaning services.
Develop and manage budgets for building maintenance and repairs.
Maintain relationships with tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
Retail Property Manager
At least 3 years of work experience in the same field
Responsible for the overall operation and management of small to medium-sized retail facilities.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Manage tenant relationships, including leasing, rent collection, and conflict resolution.
Oversee building maintenance and repairs to ensure the property is safe and functional.
Prepare budgets and financial reports for property owners.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with tenants, customers, and colleagues.
