Our company is looking for an experienced RECRUITMENT OFFICER to join our team. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates for our client in New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting manpower from the Philippines and be knowledgeable about the recruitment process for international placements. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in New Zealand to understand their hiring needs and preferences
Source and recruit candidates from the Philippines for various job openings in New Zealand
Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the job and the client
Screen resumes and conduct reference checks to verify candidate's work history and qualifications
Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates
Assist with the visa application process for selected candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions using the company's recruitment software
Collaborate with the client and other internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in recruiting manpower from the Philippines for overseas placements
Familiarity with the recruitment process for international placements, including visa application procedures and documentation requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and candidates
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software applications
